Return Policy
We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, our return, exchange, and warranty policies are designed to facilitate a seamless process.
30-Day Return Policy
In case you change your mind, items are eligible for refund when shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as when they arrived
- Return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We only accept returns with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery
- We cannot accept liability for lost shipments without tracking
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days
How to Return Your HyperRing:
- Ensure the ring is unused and in its original condition
- Remove any linked payment details using the HyperRing Pay app before returning
- Package the ring securely and include a copy of your order confirmation

Warranty Policy
2-Year Limited Warranty (UK & Europe)
HyperRings purchased through authorized retailers and shipped to the UK or Europe are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered Under Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal use, including:
- Ring breaks or stops working under normal use
- Internal chip or NFC failure (not caused by user damage)
- Water damage when used normally (HyperRing is waterproof under normal conditions)
- Layers or materials coming apart due to manufacturing defect
What's NOT Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- Lost or misplaced rings
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, crushing)
- Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic wear and tear
- Damage from extreme heat or extreme conditions
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage from sports, industrial work, or extreme activities
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your HyperRing has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty:
- Contact us at support@hyperring.co within 2 years of purchase
- Provide your order number and describe the issue
- Include clear photos showing the defect or issue
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 1 business day with next steps
If approved, we will provide either a replacement ring or refund, depending on the specific issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I Edit My Order?
We're not able to accommodate order or address changes at this time, and suggest cancelling your order and placing a new one. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@hyperring.co ASAP with your:
- Order number
- Cancellation request
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Please contact us at support@hyperring.co as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please note: We process and ship orders quickly, and cannot guarantee any order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
If your order has already shipped, you may return it within 30 days following our return policy above.
Order Issues & Defective Items
If there is an issue with the item you received (so sorry about that!), please send an email to support@hyperring.co including:
- Clear images of the issue
- Your order number
- Description of the problem
Please report issues within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
For defective or incorrect items:
- Please return the item within 14 days of receiving your return label
- Return shipping fees will be waived for incorrect or defective items
- We will process a refund or replacement once we receive the item
