Important Note:

"Coverage" refers to the ability for residents of these countries to register and link their HyperRing to a payment card. This means that only users from these regions can set up and use their HyperRing with HyperRing Pay.
HyperRing works with many payment card issuers and continues to grow its network of participating banks. So if your country is not currently on the list, kindly check back again soon.

How Secure is the HyperRing?

The HyperRing is certified by Visa and Mastercard, ensuring it meets the highest security standards. It works only within 3 cm of a payment terminal, preventing unauthorised transactions. If you lose your ring, simply block your card via the HyperRing Pay app to stop payments.

For transactions over $50, you may need to enter your PIN, just like with your Mastercard.

How is My HyperRing Set Up?

Order Process
After completing the payment process, we will reserve your HyperRing as a pre-order. We will ship your HyperRing directly to you in 3-6 month's time.

Linking Your HyperRing
The product packaging will provide simple instructions on how to link your HyperRing to your Visa or Mastercard using the HyperRing Pay app. Depending on your region, you may be eligible to directly connect your existing credit or debit card, or be issued a new prepaid card by HyperRing Pay to load funds into your ring.

Important Note: At this moment, pre-orders are the only option available. Shipping will occur upon the Official product launch, and we will provide updates via follow-up emails.

At HyperRing, we strive to provide you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policies:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including Standard, Expedited, and Overnight shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method and delivery address.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. Typically, Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days, Expedited Shipping takes 2-4 business days, and Overnight Shipping arrives within 1 business day.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return and Exchange Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, our return and exchange policy is designed to facilitate a seamless process:

Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they arrived.

Payment Options

At HyperRing, we prioritize your security and convenience by using PayPal for all transactions. PayPal supports an extensive array of credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard®, American Express, Discover (except CA), JCB, Diners Club, and EnRoute.

Should you require a refund, we will process it through PayPal, returning the funds
